Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a Medication Technician on an on-call basis to support medication administration and daily living activities for residents. The role emphasizes compassionate care, meticulous documentation, and adherence to policies and regulations.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, CPR/First Aid, and 1+ year of related healthcare experience. English fluency and strong teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• CPR & First Aid certification required.
• At least 1 year of related healthcare experience.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily medications, treatments, and care per plans.
• Document medication administration and care records accurately.
• Notify supervisor if medications are not given as directed and log reasons.
• Maintain confidential records in line with procedures and regulations.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and resident requests as needed.
• Support safe environment and teamwork with care staff.

Education
