Job summary

The Goodman Group, LLC is seeking a Medication Technician to administer medications within your licensed scope and provide daily resident care according to the care plan. You will work under the supervision of a licensed nurse and support residents in activities and health monitoring.

Qualifications

• Must meet all applicable state and federal requirements for this position.
• Prefer 6 months or more of experience in a home care, assisted living, or long-term care facility.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision of a licensed nurse, administer medications within your license scope.
• Maintain accurate documentation of medication administration and report adverse reactions.
• Assist residents with daily living activities and participate in care planning.
• Promote infection control and safety practices and respond to resident needs promptly.
• Provide companionship and support to residents and assist with meals or programs as directed.
