Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the 403 West property in Raleigh, NC. This role performs technical and mechanical work to meet greystar standards for safety, cleanliness, and functionality. Schedule: Monday–Friday with rotating on-call.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, preventative maintenance, make-readies, inventory tracking, and safety compliance. Occasional on-site duties extend to grounds and general repairs.

Qualifications

• EPA Type 1/Type II or Universal refrigerant certifications are required (applies to Certified Service Technicians).
• State and local jurisdiction certifications as required for all technicians.
• Valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders and preventative maintenance per policies and safety standards.
• Perform make-ready tasks, inspections, and punch lists for leasing and move-ins.
• Track inventory and requisition materials; return unused items to the proper location.
