Job summary

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance by diagnosing defects and making repairs.
• Perform make-ready tasks for vacant units, including inspections, punch lists, and coordinating vendors as needed.
• Access materials and tools from the maintenance department and track inventory; notify supervisor for reorders.
• Document service requests accurately and on time for proper tracking.
• Assist in grounds and common areas upkeep, including cleaning and basic repairs.
• Contribute to cost-cutting by repairing rather than replacing parts when feasible.
