Job summary

Greystar seeks a Maintenance Technician for 810 NINTH in Durham, NC. The role performs mechanical and technical work to keep property buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas clean, safe, and functional.

You will diagnose defects, repair issues, and contribute to efficient maintenance operations on a rotating on-call schedule. The position includes make-ready tasks, inventory control, safety compliance, and collaboration with management to ensure high-quality service and cost-conscious

Qualifications

• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal required.
• State/local Jurisdiction licenses as required.
• Valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders from resident requests and perform preventative maintenance.
• Finish the make-ready process for vacant homes including inspections, punch lists, scheduling, and supplies.
• Track inventory, access materials, and notify supervision when re-ordering is needed.
