WSH Management, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to oversee daily property upkeep at our California communities. The role involves inspecting facilities, performing routine repairs, and coordinating with contractors to ensure safety and quality.

You will implement preventative maintenance, handle apartment turnovers, and respond to emergencies around the clock. Strong English communication and a valid driver’s license are required for this full-time position.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years’ relevant experience in apartment maintenance, multi family, hotel/motel, facilities management, construction or handyman.
• Must possess a valid Driver's License, reliable transportation and current auto insurance coverage.
• Proficiency in English, including clear communication with others.

Responsabilités

• Inspect property and equipment daily to assess service needs and staffing.
• Respond to service requests in FIFO and document work performed.
• Implement and supervise preventative maintenance program.
• Update and review preventative maintenance schedules (HVAC filters, batteries, safety devices, cleaning gutters, leaks).
• Submit monthly property safety inspection reports.
• Assist with apartment turnover including maintenance, repair, or renovation and obtain bids from outside contractors.
• Direct contracted projects to verify adherence to specifications.
• Purchase and maintain records of maintenance supplies, machinery, equipment, and furniture.
• Provide on-call emergency support 24/7; rotate with other staff.
• Keep maintenance shop neat and organized; maintain tools and equipment.
• Communicate with Property Manager to ensure standards are met.
