Job summary

WSH Management, Inc. is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to inspect and repair residential properties, respond to work orders, and manage preventative maintenance programs.

The role includes on-call duties, handling emergencies, and coordinating with the Resident Manager for turnovers and contractor work. Candidates should have a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of apartment maintenance experience, with strong English communication skills and the ability to operate

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year relevant apartment maintenance experience or similar.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery and work varied hours.

Responsibilities

• Inspect property and equipment daily to determine service needs and staffing.
• Respond to service requests in FIFO order, except emergencies.
• Document work done, parts used, and time spent for records.
• Implement and supervise Preventative Maintenance program and schedules.
• Assist with apartment turnovers and obtain bids for repairs.
• Direct contracted projects to ensure adherence to specs and safety.
• Maintain records of supplies, costs, and bid comparisons.
• Provide 24/7 on-call emergency support with rotating schedule.
