Job summary

WSH Management in Suisun City, CA is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician to perform daily property upkeep, repairs and preventative maintenance. Your schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with 24/7 on-call coverage for emergencies.

You will inspect equipment, respond to requests, manage bids, supervise contractors, and ensure safety standards. A High School Diploma and 1 year of maintenance experience are required, along with a valid driver's license and the ability to pass a

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of one year relevant apartment maintenance experience.
On-call and weekend service experience required.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Must possess a valid driver’s license and transportation; willing to undergo background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

Inspects property and equipment daily to determine maintenance needs and staff requirements.
Respond to service requests on a first-in, first-out basis and document work performed, parts used, disposition and time spent.
Implement and supervise the Preventative Maintenance program.
Review and update maintenance schedules and safety devices; inspect for leaks and maintain cleanliness.
Assist with turnover of apartments and obtain bids for contractor work; direct contracted projects ensuring adherence to specifications.
Maintain records of building supplies, equipment and costs; respond to emergencies 24/7.
