Garden Communities CA seeks a Maintenance Technician I to keep the property in excellent condition both inside and out. You will handle work orders in electrical, plumbing and HVAC, plus appliance repairs, and respond to after-hours emergencies.

Responsibilities include maintaining curb appeal, safety compliance and basic trades across common areas and leasing offices. The role requires a valid CA driver’s license, Fair Housing knowledge, and a CAMT is desirable.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED or one year of experience in construction or apartment maintenance work and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Current Fair Housing certification.
• CA driver’s license and automobile insurance coverage as required by law.
• HVAC certificate and pool certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain the appearance of the property inside and out.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies; on-call is required.
• Open and close maintenance work orders.
• Perform basic trades such as drywall, carpentry, plumbing, painting, electrical and HVAC.
• Ensure safety and compliance with company policies and local regulations.
