WSH Management is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician in Pomona, CA to inspect and maintain apartment properties. You will respond to service requests, perform preventative maintenance, and coordinate with managers to meet safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant apartment maintenance experience.
• On-call and weekend service experience.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsabilités

• Inspect property and equipment daily to determine service needs and staffing.
• Respond to service requests on a first-in, first-out basis, documenting work and parts used.
• Implement and supervise preventative maintenance program.
• Update maintenance schedules and perform HVAC, safety device checks, and leaks inspections.
