Job summary

Asset Living in Honolulu, HI seeks a Maintenance Technician to perform corrective, preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance across the community. You will support make-ready processes under supervision of Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

The role requires on-site availability, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA; strong customer service and the ability to handle on-call emergencies are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist with community maintenance, including corrective, preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Assist in scheduling and performing maintenance/repair-related turn events.
