Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Augusta, GA to support maintenance processes across the property, including corrective, preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks. Under supervision, you will assist with make-readies and daily community operations to uphold safety and quality standards.

You will respond to resident requests, perform on-site repairs, maintain logs, and support the maintenance team in scheduling and inspections.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Perform preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance.
• Maintain pool area and chemical logs, and pool upkeep.
• Inspect grounds and buildings daily for hazards.
• Assist in scheduling maintenance/turn events and keep records uptodate.
• Maintain well-organized maintenance shop and adhere to safety standards.
