Job summary

Barrett & Stokely is seeking a Maintenance Technician at Williamsburg Square in Columbus, OH. You will perform preventative maintenance, respond to service requests, and help keep apartments ready for occupancy.

Requires 2+ years in maintenance, EPA certification, own tools, valid driver's license preferred, ability to work on-call rotation, and legal work authorization in the US. Company offers benefits and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

Two years' maintenance or related experience.
EPA certification required.
Possess own basic tools to perform building maintenance.

Responsibilities

Perform preventative maintenance as directed by Maintenance Supervisor.
Provide excellent customer service for maintenance requests and fix issues promptly.
Handle plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance, drywall and other tasks as needed.
Participate in after-hours on-call rotation and respond to emergencies.
Complete work orders within five business days of vacancy and turn units as needed.
Troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment.
