Job summary

BRG Realty Group LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support apartment communities across Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana. You will handle plumbing, electrical, carpentry and general maintenance tasks to meet appearance, safety and operation standards.

Applicants should have at least 2 years of maintenance experience, EPA/HVAC certification, and willingness to participate in an on-call rotation. A valid driver's license and auto insurance are required, with duties across multiple sites.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Repair, replace or install plumbing fixtures, tanks, disposals, and appliances.
• Repair, replace or install electrical components and lighting fixtures.
• Perform drywall touch-ups and general maintenance tasks.
• Maintain and service HVAC systems and related equipment; EPA/HVAC certification required.
• Assist with seasonal maintenance and safety checks.
