Job summary

Barrett & Stokely is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support on-site property operations at Parkside Preserve in Dayton, OH. You will perform preventative maintenance, address repairs across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliances, drywall, and assist with after-hours on-call responses to protect resident satisfaction.

Requirements include a High School diploma or GED, 2+ years in maintenance, EPA certification, and own basic tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of maintenance experience.
• EPA certification is required.
• Must own basic tools to perform building maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance as directed and update records.
• Provide responsive customer service for maintenance requests.
• Handle plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance, drywall repairs.
• Participate in after-hours on-call rotation and emergency responses.
• Complete work orders within five business days of vacancy and turnkey vacancies.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment.
