Qualifications

• 1+ years of general maintenance or related field experience.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical systems.
• Must participate in emergency on-call rotation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Strong commitment to safety and resident service.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests in a timely manner and interact with residents to ensure needs are met.
• Prepare vacant units to occupancy standards within established time frames.
• Inspect mechanical systems and grounds for safety issues.
• Perform advanced routine maintenance including plumbing, electrical, carpentry repairs.
• Train and mentor junior maintenance staff.
• Assist in emergency repairs and rotate on-call.
• Maintain an inventory of maintenance supplies.
• Other duties as assigned.
