Job summary
BRG Realty Group, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our Cincinnati, OH communities. The role involves handling HVAC, plumbing, electrical and carpentry tasks, responding quickly to resident requests, and assisting on-call rotations to maintain safety and appearance standards.

Qualifications
- 2-3 years of maintenance experience.
- EPA Certification required.
- Must be able to participate in the on-call rotation.
- Experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical and carpentry.
- Driver's License and Auto Insurance required.
Responsibilities
- Assist with community appearance, operations and safety standards.
- Respond to resident service requests and troubleshoot issues.
- Repair, replace or install plumbing fixtures and appliances.
- Repair, replace or install electrical components and lighting.
- Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems and building facilities.
- Assist with seasonal maintenance tasks such as pool and common area upkeep.
