Job summary

YES Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Lewisville, TX to keep community grounds safe, organized, and well-maintained. You will respond to service requests, assist with new home delivery/set-up, and support asset upkeep while coordinating with residents and management.

The role emphasizes teamwork, on-call responsiveness, and adherence to safety standards. HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and pool operation experience are a plus for this position.

Qualifications

• Valid in-state driver's license required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous home refurbishment or make-ready experience preferred.
• HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Pool Operation experience is a plus.
• OSHA certifications or trainings are a plus.
• Proficiency with industry software and using tablets.

Responsibilities

• Maintain rental inventory through preventative maintenance, work-orders, and home refurbishments.
• Keep the community grounds, common areas, and vacant lots clean and free of debris.
• Complete all work promptly without compromising quality or safety.
• Respond to after-hour emergency calls according to on-call schedule.
• Read water meters, identify leaks, and resolve issues within the community.
