Job summary

YES Communities in Coppell, TX is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep the community grounds safe and well-maintained. You will handle service requests, inspections, and assist with new home delivery, working closely with residents and management. The role requires a valid in-state driver’s license and a willingness to work physical shifts.

HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and pool operation experience are a plus. OSHA training and familiarity with industry software are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Valid in-state driver’s license required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• OSHA certifications or trainings are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain rental inventory through preventative maintenance and refurbishments.
• Keep grounds, common areas, and vacant lots clean and free of debris.
• Complete work timely while upholding safety standards.
• Respond to after-hours emergency calls per on-call schedule.
• Read meters, identify and resolve leaks within the community.
• Organize maintenance facilities, tools, and equipment.
• Assist in new home delivery and setup; report warranty work to management.
• Deliver resident notices as requested by management.
