Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support daily maintenance tasks at the Lakewood Ranch property. The role covers corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision, including make-ready processes and on-site service for residents.

Candidate will perform safety-conscious maintenance, respond to work orders, and assist the Maintenance Supervisor in inventory, documentation, and schedules.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident and management requests and work orders promptly.
• Assist with maintenance/repair-related turn events.
• Maintain preventative maintenance programs and safety practices.
• Keep accurate records of service requests, EPA/OSHA logs, and make-ready status.
• Perform daily pool maintenance and maintain chemical logs.
• Participate in on-call emergencies at the community.
