Job summary

Riverside Health is seeking a maintenance professional in Williamsburg, VA to perform basic electrical, plumbing, painting and carpentry work under the supervision of the Director of Maintenance. You will install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair facilities and equipment, renovate rooms/apartments, and support other departments on special projects.

On-call coverage and 12-hour shift events are required. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, with preferred HVAC/plumbing/electrical

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED; Trade Training in HVAC, Plumbing or Electrical preferred.
• Experience: 2 years maintenance experience preferred.
• Skills: Basic computer skills for online training.
• Licenses: Universal EPA CFC/HCFC refrigerant certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists with maintenance of electrical, plumbing, painting and carpentry work.
• Install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair facility buildings and equipment.
• Renovate rooms and apartments and assist with special departmental projects.
