Riverside Health is seeking a maintenance professional in Williamsburg, VA to perform basic electrical, plumbing, painting and carpentry work under the supervision of the Director of Maintenance. You will install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair facilities and equipment, renovate rooms/apartments, and support other departments on special projects.

Works under the supervision of the Director of Maintenance. Performs basic electrical, plumbing, painting and carpentry work. Responsible for the installation, maintenance (preventive and corrective) troubleshooting and repair of facility buildings and equipment. Renovations to rooms and apartments. Work with other departments on special assignments. Subject to on-call coverage, shift changes and emergency 12 hour shifts (i.e. snow removal, hurricane clean up, etc.). Snow removal/storm clean-up includes, but is not limited to shoveling and cleaning of entranceways, walkways and parking lots of snow, ice and/or debris. Assists with the clean-up of spills. Must be able to work for residents in independent living and assisted living.
