Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist coworkers in caring for residents and customers
• Perform basic maintenance including electrical, plumbing, painting and carpentry
• Install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair facility buildings and equipment
• Conduct renovations to rooms and apartments
• Work with other departments on special assignments
• Be available for on-call coverage and respond to emergencies promptly
• Maintain safe, clean and orderly work areas and comply with all codes and standards
