Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and repair HVAC systems; troubleshoot and perform preventive maintenance.
• Control HVAC systems with computer trace systems and related controls.
• Welding, soldering, brazing of pipes and fittings as needed.
• Install/repair piping for heating, domestic, chilled, and steam systems.
• Respond to on-call, shift changes, and emergency tasks as needed.
• Maintain safe work area and follow regulatory standards.
