Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintenance Management: oversee maintenance operations for the community.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and other community features daily to identify hazards and ensure safety.
• Manage maintenance supplies inventory and adhere to budget guidelines.
• Participate in on-call emergencies and ensure timely response to incidents.
• Train and supervise maintenance staff; monitor performance and provide guidance.
