Job summary

Asset Living in Des Moines, IA is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all maintenance operations of the community, manage staff and vendors, and ensure safety and quality across units and common areas.

The role requires a High School Diploma, basic computer skills, knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA, and regular on-site attendance. You will coordinate work orders, maintain records, and support the Community Manager.

Qualifications
