Job summary

UPHoldings is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform repairs and routine maintenance across plumbing, painting, carpentry, electrical works and other building tasks. The role includes keeping grounds, amenities, and common areas in excellent condition and being on call for after-hours emergencies.

Responsibilities include responding to work orders, diagnosing issues, and coordinating with contractors when needed. A valid driver's license and tools experience required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; trade certificates or licensures are a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a maintenance or handyman position.
• Experience with power tools and hand tools; able to operate lawn mowers.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and execute work orders from building management.
• Troubleshoot issues and communicate required repairs or tools.
• Perform general repairs (drywall, painting, electrical, plumbing, doors).
• Inspect work performed by contractors and vendors.
• Maintain building grounds and amenities; ensure vacancies are move-in ready.
