Job summary

Renewing Management is seeking a Work Order Specialist to perform resident service requests and deliver excellent customer service to residents, staff, and vendors. The role includes completing repairs across plumbing, electrical, carpentry and drywall, with rapid emergency response and daily grounds inspections.

The successful candidate will turn over vacant units, manage make-readies, and maintain detailed maintenance records while ensuring safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1 to 3 years of work-related experience is required.
• EPA Universal certificate is preferred.
• Pool maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests including plumbing, electrical, carpentry and drywall repairs.
• Maintain 30-minute emergency response time and handle property disasters as they arise.
• Inspect community grounds daily for cleanliness and maintenance.
• Turn vacant units, including painting, cleaning and maintenance.
• Complete maintenance work orders within 48 hours and make-readies within 7 days.
• Maintain records of maintenance in all units and update property software.
• Provide service for all common areas and amenities, including pool if applicable.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed and communicate priorities with the team.
