Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; or up to one month related experience.
• Ability to read and follow simple instructions and recipes.

Responsibilities

• Assist with set-up of serving lines and maintain correct food temperatures.
• Prepare foods per menu plan and recipes; batch cook as required.
• Operate slicers, mixers, grinders and other equipment with proper certification.
• Keep work areas clean and organized; practice FIFO for storage.
• Maintain HACCP records and follow safety procedures; report hazards.
