Job summary

Opaa! Food Management, Inc. is seeking kitchen staff to support service on an as-needed basis across our operations. This role requires flexibility to cover shifts and a focus on food safety and customer hospitality.

Responsibilities include setting up serving lines, preparing foods per the menu, maintaining clean work areas, and following HACCP and safety guidelines to ensure high-quality meals and efficient service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, preferred; or up to one month related experience, training or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, fractions and decimals.

Responsibilities

• Assist with set-up of serving lines daily and ensure food is held at proper temperatures.
• Prepare foods according to the menu plan and Opaa! recipes, and plan ahead for next day menus.
• Keep work areas neat, clean, and organized; maintain FIFO and clean equipment and dishes.
