Job summary

Opaa! Food Management, Inc. is seeking on‑call kitchen staff to support serving lines, food preparation, and daily operations.

You will assist in setting up serving lines, preparing menu items, and maintaining proper food temperatures. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; or related experience.
• Ability to follow recipes and meal patterns and maintain HACCP compliance.
• Maintain daily production records and follow timekeeping policies.
• Follow standardized recipes to ensure consistent, high-quality products.
• Adhere to safety rules and maintain clean work areas and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with set-up of serving lines daily and ensure food is held at correct temperatures.
• Prepare foods per menu plan and Opaa! recipes; plan and prep for next day menus.
• Operate slicers, mixers, grinders and other equipment with proper certification.
• Keep work areas neat, clean and organized; dispose of waste properly.
• Maintain FIFO inventory; keep cooler/storage racks clean.
• Prepare baked goods and present to customers attractively.
• Batch-cook to maintain quality and presentation; restock serving lines.
• Serve items with proper portions and utensils; ensure quality presentation.
