Responsibilities

• Assist with set-up of serving lines daily and ensure food is held at proper temperatures.
• Prepare foods per menu and recipes; plan and prep ahead for next day menus.
• Operate slicers, mixers, grinders and other equipment with proper certification.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and kitchen/cafeteria spaces.
• Keep inventory organized and use FIFO; maintain clean cooling storage.
• Follow HACCP and keep temperature logs for hot/cold foods.
• Handle cashier duties and process payments; ensure only reimbursable meals pass POS.
• Submit daily production records and complete required paperwork.
