Schedule: Monday - Thursday 5p - 8a with a $7,500 sign-on bonus. Salary ranges from $79,600 to $119,400 annually, based on full-time employment, with a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• RN license required for state(s) you are assigned to work.
• Current CPR certification required.
• 1+ year of nursing experience, preferably hospice, home health, or acute care.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-call nursing support, triaging patient needs and determining interventions.
• Assess patient conditions via phone or in-person visits and escalate as needed.
• Coordinate with physicians and care teams to ensure timely and effective care delivery.
• Deliver patient and caregiver education related to symptom management and care plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient interactions and clinical decisions.
