Job summary

Rose Senior Living Carmel is seeking a hospitality-focused Concierge & HR Assistant in Carmel, Indiana. The role serves as the welcoming presence for residents and guests while supporting onboarding, employee support, and HR processes.

You will greet residents, guests, and staff, assist with onboarding paperwork, coordinate scheduling, and handle basic HR inquiries with a high level of service and discretion. This is a hybrid position starting at $21/hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Previous administrative or HR support experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in person and over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing front desk and telephone coverage.
• Greet and assist residents, guests, applicants, vendors, and staff in a welcoming manner.
• Support HR functions such as onboarding paperwork and new hire coordination.
• Maintain employee files and assist with HR-related processes.
• Assist with scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.
• Answer basic employee questions or direct to appropriate resources.
