Job summary

Carlton Senior Living is seeking a Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our community in Pleasant Hill, AL. You will greet residents, families, and visitors with warmth and professionalism while directing calls and assisting with daily administrative tasks.

Ideal candidates will have strong verbal and written communication skills and basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email, scheduling systems). Training is provided for the right person.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen years old per Title 22.
• On-the-job training offered for the right candidate.
• Strong verbal and written communication with residents and staff.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, email, and scheduling systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, residents, and families with warmth and professionalism.
• Answer and direct phone calls; monitor emergency systems.
• Maintain resident records, handle mail, coordinate with maintenance and other departments.
• Assist Sales and Activities teams with event coordination and marketing materials.
• Keep front desk area clean and organized; stay informed about community events.
