Job summary

Carlton Senior Living in Pleasant Hill, CA is seeking a friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors. You will handle calls, greet guests, and support front desk operations with professionalism.

Responsibilities include maintaining resident records, coordinating with maintenance and other teams, assisting with events, and upholding safety and a warm, welcoming culture.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years or older per Title 22 requirements.
• Prior administrative experience preferred but not required – we will train the right candidate!
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with residents, families, and team members.
• Proficient in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office, email, and scheduling systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated front desk representative, greeting visitors and residents with warmth and professionalism.
• Answer and direct phone calls, monitor and respond to resident and guest needs with a high level of courtesy.
• Support administrative tasks such as maintaining resident records, handling mail, and coordinating with maintenance and other departments.
• Assist Sales and Activities teams with event coordination and marketing material preparation.
