Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Hospitality or customer service coursework is a plus.
• Experience in hospitality or guest services preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage check-in/check-out procedures.
• Provide information about lodge amenities and community resources.
• Coordinate transportation and Hope Lodge services and schedules.
• Respond to guest requests, concerns, and emergencies.
• Maintain front desk records and organize the lobby.
• Support guest check-ins and tours during evening shifts.
• Maintain front desk coverage until the next team member arrives.
