Responsibilities

• Monitor safety and security of the facility and clients using cameras and locked entries.
• Greet and route inquiries, messages, and forms appropriately.
• Maintain front desk paperwork and client records.
• Assist intake of new clients and scheduling as needed.
• Report concerns to supervisor or staff and attend team meetings.
