Job summary

SPS is seeking a Field Support Specialist/Office Support Specialist to be the backbone of our service delivery across regional sites. You will serve as the Front of House ambassador, manage shipments, and support print projects while keeping the lobby and conference rooms VIP-ready.

We expect 2+ years in office services, hospitality, or logistics, proficiency with MS Office, and willingness to travel. Physical fitness and a proactive “I’ve got this” attitude round out the profile.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in office services, hospitality, or logistics.
• Tech-savvy: comfortable with MS Office and learning new systems.
• Adaptable & mobile with reliable transportation and willingness to travel to regional sites.
• Physically active: able to lift up to 25 lbs (50 lbs with teammate).
• Proactive, calm under pressure, and able to work independently when needed.

Responsibilities

• Act as Front of House Ambassador and provide a 5-star concierge experience for guests and clients.
• Logistics & Mail Mastery: manage inbound/outbound shipments and custody procedures.
• Operate high-end MFDs for print, binding, and scanning; ensure equipment is battle-ready.
• Manage conference rooms, pantries, and common areas to stay VIP-ready.
• Maintain inventory and ensure supplies are stocked before needed.
