Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a Field Service Engineer in medical devices or pharmacy automation.
• High School Diploma is required; an Associate degree is preferred.
• Proficient with Windows OS and Microsoft Office; able to edit configuration/XML files.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support for pharmacy automation and dispensing systems.
• Perform break/fix, preventive maintenance, and calibrations for peak performance.
• Troubleshoot complex systems with hardware, electrical, and software diagnostics.
• Maintain system uptime and perform root-cause analysis for issues.
• Deliver on-site training to pharmacy staff on system operation.
• Respond to service requests within SLA and collaborate with field teams.
• Assist with installations, commissioning, and upgrades with Product Implementation teams.
• Document all service activities and resolutions in Salesforce Field Service Lightning.
• Support regional field coverage including occasional travel and on-call duties.
• Provide product performance feedback to engineering and QA teams.
