Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher plus 3+ years experience, or 6+ years experience in a relevant field may substitute for degree.
• NIMS ICS All-Hazards Position Specific training courses or credentials.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint).
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts as needed based on client tempo.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative guidance translating emergency management regulations into actionable strategies.
• Develop incident deliverables such as SITREPs, operational work plans, and other documents per scope of work.
• Act as liaison between external partners and leadership; facilitate meetings and provide status updates.
• Create incident action plans (IAPs) and assist with management of operational objectives; translate high-level strategy into tactical assignments.
• Perform other duties to ensure continuous operations within EOC and/or JFO.
