Job summary

Hagerty Consulting, Inc. seeks a Response Managing Associate to support on-call response missions. Candidates must be available to deploy within 24 to 72 hours and remain on-site for at least 30 days, coordinating with EOC/JFO and partner agencies.

This role builds a talent pipeline for the emergency response function. The position delivers critical documentation, needs assessments, SOPs, and inter-agency coordination while offering comprehensive benefits and a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; or 6 years of relevant experience.
• NIMS ICS All-Hazards training or credentials.
• Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop incident action plan drafts and coordinate input from EOC/JFO sections.
• Conduct needs assessments and forecast resource requirements.
• Coordinate inter-agency operations with state/local governments and NGOs.
• Create and implement SOPs aligned with NIMS/ICS.
• Provide status updates to leadership as requested.
