Job summary

Hagerty Consulting, Inc. (Hagerty) is seeking a Response Senior Managing Associate to support on-call disaster response missions across the United States. Candidates must be available to deploy within 24 to 72 hours and stay on-site for at least 30 days.

The role involves leading the response plan, coordinating with partner agencies and ESFs, and ensuring client objectives are met. This posting builds a talent pipeline for future openings in the emergency response function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university, or 7+ years in a relevant field.
• NIMS/ICS All-Hazards training or credentials.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint).
• Ability to deploy within 24–72 hours and stay on-site for 30+ days.

Responsibilities

• Drive the development and execution of the response plan, providing guidance to clients and leadership.
• Optimize the EOC/JFO structure based on incident complexity.
• Interpret federal/state regulations and advise on operational constraints.
• Oversee operations, including staff allocation and resource management.
• Establish and manage client relationships and provide progress reports.
