Four Seasons Hotels Limited in San Francisco is seeking an On-Call Cook 3 to join our luxury kitchen team. You will prepare items per guest orders, maintain high standards of quality and presentation, and assist in station setup and cleanup for breakfast, lunch, and dinner service.

The role requires solid knife skills, strong teamwork, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. On-site employment with supporting benefits and a competitive hourly rate.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and strong communication skills expected.
• Minimum two years culinary or related work experience.
• High school or culinary education or equivalent experience.
• Advanced culinary knowledge is expected.

Responsabilités

• Prepare food items per guest orders with consistent quality following recipes and standards.
• Start items prepared ahead of time and manage production to meet demand.
• Operate and clean kitchen equipment including fryers, broilers, ovens and steam tables.
• Date and rotate perishable items, monitor temps, manage storage and minimize waste.
