Four Seasons San Francisco at Embarcadero seeks an On-Call Cook 3 to join our luxury hotel kitchen team. You will prepare guest orders with quality, maintain mise en place, and operate a full range of kitchen equipment on breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner shifts.

We value strong knife skills, attention to detail, and efficient teamwork. Requires fluent English, 2+ years culinary experience, and legal work authorization in the U.S. Competitive hourly rate with hotel benefits.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong communication skills.
• High school education, cooking school or culinary institute or equivalent experience.
• Minimum two years culinary or related work experience.
• Advanced culinary knowledge expected for this position.
• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States.

Responsabilités

• Prepare food items per guest orders following recipe cards and standards; complete mis en place and setup station for breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner.
• Start items prepared ahead of time and manage portions to avoid over-preparation.
• Operate, maintain and clean kitchen equipment including fryer, broiler, stove, steamer, and more.
• Date, rotate and store perishables; monitor temperatures and stock levels; support cost-control efforts.
