Four Seasons is seeking a Pastry Cook 3 to join our team in California. You will prepare pastry items to exact recipes, keep the kitchen clean, stock ingredients, and help develop new menu items for both à la carte and catering orders.

Ideal candidates bring a culinary degree or equivalent experience, excellent knife skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule in a luxury hospitality setting. Competitive hourly pay and benefits accompany this role.

• Attention to detail and a strong work ethic are required.
• Excellent communication and the ability to work harmoniously with co-workers and supervisors are required.
• Must be flexible with schedule including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
• Must provide work authorization to work in the United States.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare pastry items according to designated recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation standards.
• Stock and ensure proper storage and refrigeration of supplies.
• Develop new products for a-la-carte and catering menus as needed.
• Operate, maintain, and clean kitchen equipment.
• Display baked products on mobile carts.
• Prepare daily requisitions for supplies and food items.
