Qualifications

• Six months of food prep experience preferred.
• Culinary degree or formal training is desirable.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation and knife handling.

Responsibilities

• Prepares salads, soups, sauces, meats, and vegetables according to recipes.
• Reads menus to estimate food requirements and orders ingredients.
• Operates ovens, broilers, grills, and kettles safely.
