Job summary

MBK Senior Living seeks a Concierge to deliver outstanding guest experiences at the front desk. You will greet residents and visitors, assist with inquiries, tours, and sales support, and maintain a welcoming reception area with professional, friendly service.

Schedule Monday–Thursday 2PM–10:30PM; pay range $19-$21 per hour. Must meet health, background checks and be at least 18. MBK emphasizes a people-first culture and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or front-desk roles preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Background clearance, health screening and negative TB test within 7 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, families, visitors with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Direct inquiries, welcome tours, and assist sales to create a smooth experience.
• Answer and route calls promptly and courteously.
• Assist with administrative tasks and maintain an organized reception area.
• Promote safety and comply with policies and procedures.
