MBK Senior Living is seeking a Concierge On-Call to welcome residents and guests with a warm, professional demeanor. The role supports sales inquiries, tours, and provides timely information while coordinating with multiple departments to ensure a seamless experience for residents and families.

This part-time, on-call position requires weekend and holiday availability. The pay rate is $18.50–$19.50 per hour, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth within MBK's

Formación

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or front-desk roles preferred.
• Willingness to perform weekend and holiday shifts.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and able to pass background and health screenings.

Responsabilidades

• Greet residents, families, visitors, and prospects in a friendly, professional manner.
• Direct inquiries, tours, and coordinate with team to ensure a smooth experience.
• Answer calls promptly and route to the appropriate team member.
• Support reception tasks: logging messages, handling mail/packages, maintaining reception area.
• Share information about daily activities and resident services with residents and families.
• Maintain safety and compliance with company policies and local regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
