Job summary

White River Community Healthcare, LLC seeks a compassionate caregiver to provide routine daily care and services to residents at Assisted Living On Jensen, following each resident’s assessment and care plan.

You will work to ensure safety and confidentiality while reporting changes to the Health and Wellness Director and maintaining a warm, respectful environment for residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school education or its equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities per care plan.
• Use PCC to verify resident information for ALDS and meals.
• Report changes in residents’ condition to Health and Wellness Director.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and report breaches.
• Greet residents, assist with mobility, and ensure a comfortable, safe environment.
